Right now I have a website through Shopify to conduct my business. I have made seven workout plans which all have unique workout purposes. These plans include 3 workouts each so a total of 21 actual workouts in PDF form without pictures or video aid. I have a logo for my business as well as logos for all of my workout plans. I offer a variety of ways to experience my workouts. You can purchase the entire set, 3 at a time, or individually allowing customers to mix and match to create their own workout. I also offer an affordable subscription based plan that allows you to get all 21 workouts over the course of a year. I have certifications as a personal trainer through ISSA, parkour level 2 instructor, and ninja warrior technique.
